Customers should schedule events with us as early as possible since our calendars, particularly in the spring and early summer months fill up quickly. While we ask that you notify us as soon as possible of your requested dates, please note that we cannot commit those dates without a deposit of 50%, followed by full payment 40 calendar days prior to your event. This will enable the required preparation on the part of our instructors and the participants. This is particularly important for our instructor certification courses that require pre-reading and skills preparation to maximize time on the water.
