The ACA will be holding a meeting of Instructor Trainer Educators (ITE) in all disciplines to discuss topics of mutual interest. Topics include such items as the roles and responsibilities of ITEs, instructor trainers and instructors , growing an inclusive community of paddle sport enthusiasts, support and governance and future strategies for success. As an instructor trainer educator for Coastal Kayaking, River Kayaking, Whitewater Canoeing and Touring Canoeing, Mike will be an active participant in the workshops.
